Spring begins downunder with some good news for those that have a mortgage or those waiting to purchase property as the Official Interest rates in Australia have dropped .25% to 7%. All four major banks have agreed to pass on the cut, Wizard, Independent Finance Company cut their rate yesterday expecting this decision to come from the Reserve Bank of Australia. Queensland first home owners are totally overjoyed because yesterday Stamp Duty exemption was raised from A$350k to A$500,000!

Mortgage duty - full abolition from 1 July 2008 (Source)

The 2008-09 State Budget brought forward the abolition of mortgage duty to 1 July 2008, six months earlier than scheduled, providing benefits for Queensland homebuyers, investors and businesses taking out a mortgage.

Land tax relief package from 1 July 2008 (Source)
The 2008-09 State Budget revised the land tax schedules which take effect from 1 July 2008.
The current $600,000 threshold, the highest of any state, will be maintained, with the tax payable at the threshold to be reduced from $1,200 to $500.

The new land tax schedule for companies, trustees and absentees will result in approximately 17,500 companies, trustees and absentees with taxable land holdings valued at up to $750,000 (after averaging and capping) being better off as a result of the change. The current $350,000 threshold, which is already competitive, will be maintained, with the tax payable at the threshold reduced from $2,250 to $1,450.

Concessions to assist older persons (Source)

In the 2008-09 State Budget, the Treasurer announced a package of concessions to assist older persons. These included:

* extending the transfer duty home concession to retirement village residents who adopt lease and sub-lease occupancy arrangements
* providing a land tax exemption for aged care facilities, operating under the Commonwealth’s Aged Care Act (1997). This exemption will complement the existing exemption for retirement villages
* extending the principal place of residence land tax exemption when the owner is absent due to illness or care requirements, a situation often encountered by the elderly
* reducing the application of the provision that provides for retrospective assessment of land tax on the subdivision of a principal place of residence

Welcome to a new month and a new Australian Financial year! Wishing you many happy returns from the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to you!

Thanks to organisations such as the ATO/IRS, life costs more and fuel prices are globally out of control! Fuel prices have doubled since I began this blog years ago in the anticipation and offering to travel Australia and capture it's beauty in 360 degree virtual Internet tours of awesomeness. Me and a mate travelling this great southern land or I was to find a place to call home and settle. Which is the option that has transpired over the past few years. A mate has shared the journey here for a couple of those years, but now it has evolved into just me and his dog, Rocky. How long Rocky will be mine to care for is unknown, as is my financial year ahead. I like the unknown, because until you venture into it, it will remain unknown. As for the years past 2012, they like my past 33 years are in God's Hands, well more like through God's faith using my hands, my future is ours. I can not see anything else in my future except blogging and creating daily live video, instead of from across Australia, it is from Freedom Farm and Elston Studios of Glasshouse Mountains, where I now call home. This Spring (September 1st) will be the start of my fourth year and by that time, I hope I don't even need to think about finances, like I trust God to keep me breathing, I trust he will be my finances and my new economy, which he is already. That will mean that over the next couple of months, his miracles will be seen now also via this blog too - woo hoo! He gets everything before I die. All the Glory anyway because without him and his Son, I'd no longer exist already.

I do exist, and I exist today better than I have ever existed, because his freedom that set me free so long ago is also the ability to do something or nothing. For too long, this blog has been doing Nothing. Time for Exercise, Spice and Life! Inspired Life! Life of health and happiness which can only be described in one word. Gayness! Keep your mind above your pants before your judgments. Gay used to mean something happy, jubilant, joyous. Living on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland Australia can also create a happier, more jubilant and yes more joyous Gay life! We have it all, seek and you SHALL find... Find it downunder. A word of warning though, Your life may be extended longer, Women officially (Au B of Stats) live longer on the Sunshine Coast than any other Australian city reaching on average 83.9 years! It could be our mountain and ocean mix of fresh air, relaxed lifestyle and community that creates happiness to live and love, a true Gay Society!

It has been a very good week with the progress of life. I have for the first time since I remember in a long time have had the hunger for real food, a purpose of food is to fuel the body and brain to work, to see results, to become what we create our destiny to be as we walk, run or stumble our way through Eternity. Before the new century, even before I graduated primary school I had a vision of what life would become, for me and for the planet upon which I live. Part of that was live video broadcast streaming to people on all continents of Earth and the prayer would be available to all Nations of Earth. A united region has been fought over for all time so for a whole Planet of human individuals to come together as one Earth seemed impossible. All through my life I have learned that with a Faith, sized tiny like a mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible for who I have Faith in as Provider which is, what caused so many wars before. One creator, can never be more, impossible to be less.

This week through the Grace of God, I have been able to semi-daily broadcast live video streaming, direct from Freedom Farm here in the Glass House Mountains. Live and Without Scripts. Quality improvements were slowly made as the week progressed and our first purposed produced Live Episode was created. Hasn't the world had an exciting week too. Starting with the Burma/Myanmar cyclone, the challenge to get the Olympic torch to the summit of Mt. Everest and the the Earth shaking through southern China devastating cities, to the point that now they are archaeological ruins, brand new ones. My heart and prayers go out to all those affected by Earth Changes. Friends, still whatever the situation, be in Christ's Spirit. We will hear of it working in all Earth Change affected areas of Earth. Which reminds me, Happy Anniversary to Israel for 3 score of Nationhood. Which brings me to a thought I had earlier today about the time clocks; BC, BCE, AD, IC which is time coming. Yes. Mr McCain (Presidential Candidate U.S.A) says his vision is in the first month of that first year of I.C which represents In Christ because at first it was Before Christ then After Death and now we know and have much much evidence we can and should declare time is Now, In Christ. He in us, I in Him. Together, united with our Father Again, Evolved enough to understand. At first, we had to climb a mountain to reach God. Then, God came down to walk with us through the Valleys, now we realise we take him everywhere, for he is already there. Two places. One Time. Quantum Life. Living in Love is living in creation at the Speed of Light. We are all Super Human with Christ's nothing is Impossible attitude and reality. Try it.

This blog post confirms that I am now free from the governmental requirement to not share philosophy or religion. I share both and neither at the same time. I'm just sharing my True experience shared with global friends. That is what it's all about isn't it, sharing love with friends?

Still I want to camp under the billion visible stars. Welcome to Summer downunder and a great reason to say g'day and here's what been going on. Fuel Prices through the roof, you know that I am sure already so how have I compensated for travel time wasted? By becoming clearer on what it is that my life is creating oh so slowly around me. My old dreams are still there and I know they fit into life so instead of searching for a path in life to walk, I'll just enjoy this path I am already on a little more, savor the moments more and let one foot follow the second foot through life to, here. 1st of December of 2007, just under 61 months to go in this current cycle of life, a destinational date. Where will you be? Keep watching this blog I'll tell you where I am along the way, currently I am still in the Beautiful heritage listed Glass House Mountains enjoying life's daily essentials on Freedom Farm, reinventing the wheel and solving world peace (my own little world). My future path is still heading outback, the journey still to be, just a little uniquely as you see, I will have a new Freedom Farm shortly, a much much bigger Freedom Farm in outback Queensland where we will mass plant trees, rehabilitate the environment and produce excess green electricity via wind turbines all in response to Carbon Pollution by everyone. This blog will be our travelers journey, between the City Farm and the outback farm. Creating interest while finding myself

Eight months have past since my last post yet the desire to someday travel Australia sharing it online still burns deep inside however I'm not in such a rush any more, I'm very happy with the decision made a year ago to establish some roots and firstly create a place called home. Home is the place that while having a bad day traveling can brighten your day with the visualization of happy memories and a comfortable bed, at home. Home for me is perfect, it satisfies my desire to go camping regularly and has also filled my days with things that need to be done. At first it was overwhelming and finding a starting place doing something totally new to me was very daunting until I was rescued by Michael, someone who has the desire for gardening and skills to create a comfortable home. Since the late 1990s I had been planting seeds in my mind of what I wanted to achieve from my home, not only did it need to provide shelter I wanted the opportunity to turn it into income producing or better primary food producing to help my issues about eating and also to contribute to either community or family with the excess surplus of vegetables or fruits. At first I looked at land in North Queensland with much cleared area to re vegetate, reforest and toil large plots for growing. At the same time I was happy to find a house or shed that needed to be renovated, now looking back in hindsight that would of been a life times work! A lifetime I'd rather spend closer to family and established population areas like Brisbane and Gold Coast. I've been a little spoilt by the added bonuses that I had not considered when finding property that I have found here, not only is the area critical to the establishment of Australia but also has remnant bush rock that formed millions of years ago by active volcanoes which only the cores remain today. These local monoliths were named 'Glass House Mountains' by Captain James Cook in his discovery of Australia in the late 1700s. Being surrounded by National Heritage listed National Parks provides the opportunity to plant flowering native trees to feed visiting bird-life on their migratory travels each year. These trees and new gardens have been rejuvenated from the overgrowth and weed infestation that covered most of my two acres revealing an immense amount of time and energy previously gone into the foundations of the property by establishing terraced gardens including irrigation and just enough cleared land for the main house to be constructed later in time. This cleared land spot once had an old home there sadly destroyed by bush-fire in 1994 with only the concrete water-tank remaining. The house I call home is a converted shed built after the fire, lower down hill on the property, however once inside its more spacious than some city units I have lived in and without doubt it's furnished outstandingly providing the city comfort feel we are both accustomed to, again thanks to a friend like Michael, it has become better than I thought possible. Not only have we created a home, we discovered new pleasure in the gardens now planted and only this Autumn I planted pumpkin, watermelon, strawberries and lettuce. A couple of our native trees will fruit with time that we can spend traveling!

As my lifetime goal is to become self sufficient financially via internet sites, I have created freedom4life.com/freedomfarm to log the journey of dreaming, being and sharing achievements connected to Freedom Farm. After this blog entry and maybe lunch I am going to start another sub-site focused on Bromeliads of Freedom Farm. A surprisingly fascinating prehistoric plant that constantly evolves providing splendid foliage and extraordinary flowers which only the Pineapple is a fruit but still within the Bromeliad family. Our gardens had some original 'Broms' that we have split and transplanted around various gardens that have become quite full from new Broms we have either purchased or had given to us. My guess is we'd have over 30 types at this stage and will take much time to number, catalogue and photograph to form an online virtual garden I'd like to create. My Yahoo 360 blog also has photographs of the process to date. I will keep this journal for travels, so for progress of home, farm and garden watch my Yahoo 360.

Remembering September 11

Five years ago to this hour, The twin towers in New York City fell to the ground. Five years on wounds sound healed, the people of America are strengthened.

For Historical record, I'd like to remind everyone that Asbestos was used in the World Trade Centre construction. Also the Towers fell at the Speed of Gravity, not Slower that the Pancaking of floor hitting floor would create. The only answer and solution to many Physics anomalies is 'Control Demolition of the Twin Towers' by PTB or NWO. Many of the live news feed shows UFOs at critical moments... I wonder if they have 'Video Cameras'?

Last week I spent time at Alpha Realty office in Mooloolah Valley at the same time as a Mobile Home/Camper, Mercedes Benz Turbo, High $90's Three Years of Touring was parked outside, up for sale! Only finding this out by the owner who advised he had just finished touring and time to sell. If only I had the cash and was ready to Re-Discover Australia. It's been fun becoming more established here in the Glass Houses, one year on September 1. Take a Virtual Tour, look now at Freedom Farm.

For the past seven and half months, I have had a new best friend move in with me here, Michael. He also dreams of Driving around Australia however his experience is much more limited in self drive exploration. Sure he knows city streets and local country roads however, be alone driving 1000 kilometers from civilisation and everything is different. Safer with today's technology and Royal Flying Doctor Service yet quite personally liberating discovering that the Earth has an entirely different reality only a few hundred kilometers away, in the Outback. With time, we'll see if an Outback Adventure with Michael and Christian comes to Our Reality ;)

An unidentified green object streaked across the Queensland sky last night, before landing on a property between Toowoomba and Warwick near the Great Dividing Range.

Farmer Don Vernon lives on the property next to where the object hit the ground, and watched it come in to land.

"I was finished on the farm and driving home, and as I came in the gate I faced this enormous green ball of light with a white centre.

"It disappeared behind a ridge and I immediately drove out over the ridge without stopping so I was there in a few minutes.

"When I turned the lights off the car I saw a glowing green ball up on the ridge three-quarters of a mile away and a smaller piece was rolling down the side of the ridge. They were both glowing green," he said.

Mr Vernon, who is in his seventies, said the object landed on a steep section of land that was covered in undergrowth and was not easily accessible.

"It was a brilliant light before it landed," he says. "A bit like a green sun. I rang a neighbour and asked if he had found superman."

Astronomers are uncertain whether the object was a piece of space junk or a meteorite, however Jim Barclay from the Maidenwell Observatory suspects it was part of a satellite or some rocket casing.

"The description that I received from phone calls was that it was of a greeny blue colour which typically suggests something metallic," Mr Barclay said.

"Over 20,000 pieces of space junk are currently hurtling around the earth and they have to come back down. If this had landed on someone's house though it could have killed someone," he said.

The object, which looked like a comet, was spotted by hundreds of people and airport control towers across south-east Queensland at around 6:30pm last night.

I have for the past couple of weeks been out a little west of GlassHouse at Toowoomba. About a 3 hour country drive, very temping stops on the way though to try the local produce fresh from the farms. ..... off subject, I was in Toowoomba and did not see or hear the actual comet or debris? if any? Coool, to know if there was and land markings from either impact or landing? Some makes you wonder if someone who bought old Uranium from us had used and abused it to bits and now wants to through it back? Would Mr Burns do that ;) or Homer Accidently? We'll check someday and see... At tleast we'd have a catalyst. Be curious to know if a security team was despatched to the local area at the time? I saw no direct evidence.

I'm sure that we were expecting some incoming objects like metors or comets, I'm sure I read or heard expected arrival date was about... now?... Passing close to earth which I thought would be cooler to see than Halley's Comet I saw when last here, this time I haven't seen or heard any TV or Radio talk about it. I'm not looking for web wevidence as it may npot be accurate.

Good news! I'm off on a work/holiday to Melbourne For Spring and One Year Anniversary of Freedom Farm ! Hip Hip Hooray! Who would of Guested that it's turning out as it is ....

I'm being called away for not completeing my 'J.O.B' even though this 20 minute time usage isn't due till Sunrise, I'm LAZY!!! LOL

Big Brothers curtain is being pulled back, The Australian 2006 series starts February 13, 2006.

In my humble opinion, Network Ten is disguising this years series as The Biggest Loser. The winners will be all Australians who watch the struggles, trials and tribulations of 12 or so ordinary Australians of 'American Size' getting back to regular Aussie Shape weight. He's been dropping clues everywhere, new series for 3 months every night Monday - Friday at 7pm. Friday night games are back too.

Good series ahead as no-one losses this year. They already win with losing weight, being healthier. Better than previous years sometimes trashy programming, this year we can all win by having wholesale Australian role models. I hope Mr. Big Brother 2006 enforces Manners, everyday for the entire time. Penalty, Sing the second verse of the National Anthem. Again, TV Viewers win.

And who said it was 'Controlled Media'. LOL

We'll just have to wait till Feb 13 to be sure... Unless of course you know a secret and want to put it in this blog? Hmmm... Cooee!!!

Happy New Year!
Doesn't time travel fast one moment it's winter then before you know it, summer is almost over and a new year has begun. I'm still living quietly in the Glass House Mountains with everything Internet on hold. Fuel costs are still crazy and the weather also a bit crazy. It would still be an awesome time to be on the roads travelling Australia. When it's meant to be it will be, all in perfect timing.
I feel I am living in a 'safe place' at the moment and feel this is whats right for this time. Lets see what 2006 has to bring.

Well as you can see, Spring has started and no departure - No offers, no sponsors.
Plan B: Settle down. This is I done and have found my self on the western base of Mt Tibrogargon, Glasshouse Mountains - Queensland.

Apologies for the 360 fault on the left, don't worry, a new one coming with next update, I guess it was another omen.

I have in-definitely postponed the roadtrip until I can economically get a Natural Energy (Solar/Oxygen/ElectroMag/CF) powered motorhome, I will not try to do it with Oil Based products with the state of Oil in the world following Hurricane Katrina. Funny how the news doesn't show you what's happening with the oil rigs yet can show dead people flowing down the river. Then the next article is Highest Price record on fuel costs... How will the world handle another Katrina this year (maybe this month) hitting the same region. Upto 49% of the United States Oil Production can be stopped,by nature (intelligent nature?)

Onto other things, I have been in awe watching the start of this years MTV MVA (Music TeleVision Music Video Awards 2005! I have to say it was the best arena stage productions I have ever witnessed. It demonstrates the state of Americans too - music role models at their 'best'. Sad to see though there are still those being conned that a 'soul sold to the devil' is a good deal - LOL Think about 'Who' you do a deal with before you 'agree'. Personally I choose the un-fallible option, almost always unless I want to experience a negative emotion/experience.

In the end we all end up where we are supposed to be and I am supposed to be here right now. I'm pretty excited to have my own place now and in a location of inspiration and cleansing so this journey will continue, I'll refine it a little and I'll still present stunning 360 degree photography of this great land down under, Australia.

As a new year begins I begin a new financial journey, that I'd like to outline here.
I'm sitting outside in the sun and wind after last weekends Gold Coast flood which they compared with 1974 however the clean up and disappearance of the waters was astonishingly quick. In the same week a bomb hit comet Temple 1, we had Live 8 concerts, G8 met, the 8th Apostle in the Bight collapsed, terror bombs in London the day after winning Olympics 2012! Wow intense week it was, all while I'm relocating home and deciding that this trip needs planning and preparation physically therefore I will settle in a home near an Office I will establish myself in untill the motorhome is packed and ready for departure.

On a personal note, I will spend some time learning the Investment Real Estate market. Smart Real estate is the best superannuation anyone can learn. I like to be different, unique and moral in my efforts so I hope to offer unique additions like a 'sister' property on the Moon of Earth (©tm2005CC2k) as well as being environmentally friendly to both earth and moon.
Until departure, please stay with this journey, as it will be very special once I start on the road. Until then I will be located on the Sunshine Coast, Q. continuing to improve and add to this Journey Web log.

Very Interesting Concert. It looked vcery subdue, subliminal and World Changing. It looked like the intoduction of the Mark of the Beat to me. with the barcode back screen, the = sign on wrist and forehead. All I can say is this below, which I incidently discover just now. I was thinking of emailing Koshy in the morning to check on Australia's reaction. Maybe we should have our own concert out by the rock - with a little more energy from the people! I have had a 'live journal' at freedom4life.com since 05/02/03. A few things stopped working properly however I have started an addon Blog at 360australia.blogspot.com provided by blogger.com by google. This is for a trip 360 degrees around Australia in a motorhome taking 360 degree photos for the web Daily for 12 months. This blog will record all the ups and downs, trials and tribulations or as I prefer to say 'record history live'. As a blogger I just want to add my contribution to history.

I think a Sunrise Blog would be great to show us some behind the scenes stories and daily happenings.

Maybe 7 or Sunrise would be keen to become involved or advertise on my motorhome/website?

Stuck on Hurdles

I'm stuck on some hurdles at the moment with the planning of the trip. I have been finding it hard to get commitment from my mate who will be joining me on the tour and this has realy added alot of doubt into my mind. Over the past few weeks however I have come to the conclusion I should continue with the planning and if he doesn't join me maybe someone else will, either way I will continue planning and go it alone should it get to that stage. I know how great this land of Australia is and I have had the desire to 'see it all' for years so it's up to me to make it happen.

Over the last week it has been raining a lot here so that too has made me realise I won't have sunny weather for the whole year I travel and how will this affect my virtual tour photography? I'd like to be able to have perfect weather all year long for every photo but that just isn't realistic. If this is to be a true reality tour of OZ then I have to face the fact that sometimes it may rain and I might just have to capture that moment and show that even when it rains, this country still looks great! I'm sure that once I get out there I will also find more hurdles so the only thing I can do is jump the hurdles and do the best I can to get the best moment of the each day. Rain or no rain!

I have added a Yahoo! Messenger Icon on the left of the main page to show when I am online or not. This to start with will be a trial as I have never publicly shown when I am on or offline. If all goes well, it will be great to be on the road and able to chat in real time live with anyone around the world. It would be ideal to have webcam at the same time also, however until all technical issues are sorted this is just in the concept stage.

All other concept plans are developing well, still no confirmed sponsors as no direct contact has yet been made from my efforts. I feel once I do things will just race along and fall into place, I still feel though there is a blockage that needs sorting and time will reveal this.

I am considering a Solstice departure, being Australia this will be the shortest day of the year.

About a week ago I started using eBay for selling for the first time. I have thought that while we are on our travels we could come across various items that we could share with the world via eBay. At this stage I am very happy with my results and have 11 items this week on Auction. I am currently selling my music collection to generate and improve my feedback score to gain eBay respectability. Why not take a look what is currently on Auction or use the eBay link on the left to browse or join yourself to rid those unwanted items!

I am also considering Auctioning off advertising space on the vehicle and a spot in the photos.

I have setup an online photo album where photos of the journey will be located and available to download and purchase if they appeal to the viewer. The sample photos have been taken with a Canon G6 7.1 Mega Pixel camera. These are samples only, the page layout and logo will change as this project progresses.

Happy Australia Day!

Today I have added google adsense, a counter and link to Get Firefox, my browser of choice. All can be found in navigation sidebar on the left.

I have been considering using e-bay as a tool on the road, selling various items I come across on my journey - if you have any feedback or comments regarding this it would be appreciated. Any ideas on what would sell well? I was thinking from unusual antiques or trinkets to souvenirs from little towns like spoons, badges etc. I have never sold anything as yet on e-bay however I am in the process of learning and starting a few Auctions in the coming week.

I have only mapped a very preliminary route around the country. Where to be and when can vary so much in terms of climate and special events in various locations. Also should we leave on a special day like ANZAC day etc? Once these questions are answered I will contact various companies for support and sponsorship for joint web advertising etc. I'll keep you posted once I get closer to this most important stage.

One of the invited companions has said tentatively yes to joining the expedition around Australia! After recent conversations with him we have come to the conclusion that just two of us would work better than three both financially and also logisticly.

It will make for an interesting journey as we have been chatting via MSN for over a year but yet to meet in person face to face. This is not an issue for me as I'm normally a pretty good judge of character and we will have plenty to talk about during the hundreds of kilometers between towns.

As the planning stages progress I will invite him to contribute to this blog.

It's now time to open the way to lock in sponsors for the journey.

Christmas has washed over now for 2004 so begins a new quest on a journey that will take you Around the Entire National Highway 1 of Australia, in a never seen before Internet Reality Based TeleDrama series that will span 365 days encompassing the wide open land captured via single 360 degree Lens captured at 7.1 megapixel and presented in javascript and quicktime web viewing. Each day another minimum of one virtual tour.

The Actors, Characters, Presenters, Crew - all in one's have not yet been confirmed.
It is estimated that the total travelling crew of 3 will depart, possibly Gold Coast early in 2005.
