Spring arrives with Interest Rate Drop Downunder

All four major banks have agreed to pass on the cut, Wizard, Independent Finance Company cut their rate yesterday expecting this decision to come from the Reserve Bank of Australia. Queensland first home owners are totally overjoyed because yesterday Stamp Duty exemption was raised from A$350k to A$500,000!
